Tim Johnson
Tim Johnson became a licensed real estate agent/broker in 2018 and he has been successful in helping many people navigate the world of home ownership. Tim's goal is to help clients understand the market, believing that education allows people to make informed decisions that sincerely work best for them.
Tim has spent 23 years in the golf industry as a PGA Professional where he has won numerous awards for his professionalism, customer service and management style. Tim is also a member of the Club Managers Association of America and has 10 years of experience as a General Manager of Private Courses and Resort Courses across the Carolinas, Florida and Virginia. He understands the entire operation at a golf facility from Agronomy to Food and Beverage Operations.
Always coming from a place of contribution, Tim values an extremely high level of service and communication. Tim has lived in the Black Mountain area for 20 years with his wife Jennifer and daughter Keira.
